READ ALL ABOUT US...
|
The May 3 issue of the Arizona Republic Newspaper had an article about Peace By Piece Quilters in the "Giving Back" section of their newspaper. We are always looking for ways to get information about the Peace By Piece Quilters mission out to residents in our community. The article was written by freelance writer, Kristin Park. We thank Kristin for helping us get the word out to so many people. The result of her efforts has brought us the donation of much needed fabric and maybe we'll have some NEW Peace By Piece friends join us at our upcoming bee. |

GOOD STUFF... If you missed last months bee you also missed some really good homemade Banana Bread brought by Terry Allen. Terry comes to all the Peace By Piece bees. She always arrives with her rotary cutter and ruler and spends the day cutting kits for us to sew. Last month she also brought along some of her "Fluffy Banana Bread". Everyone enjoyed it so much that I asked her to share her recipe with us. You'll find it as the latest addition to the Peace By Piece Quilters Recipe page. MMMMM...... GOOD

CALLING ALL QUILTERS It's time for another Peace By Piece Quilters BEE. So gather up your quilting supplies and spend the day with us. We'll be making hugs to send out into the world while enjoying fun conversation with new friends. You'll go home with your sweet tooth satisfied, a smile on your face and maybe even a prize in your pocket. I'll see ya there, Thursday. May 25. ~Wanda Dix~ |
